2 oz Reserva especial

3 Dashes peychauds bitters

1 Dash orange bitters

2 Tsp super fine sugar

¼ Oz absinthe

Coat the inside of a chilled Old Fashioned glass with absinthe. In a mixing glass, combine Reserva, bitters, and sugar. Stir with ice, and strain into the Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
