CEDILLA SOUR

2 oz Leblon Cachaça

1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz Cedilla Açaí Liqueur

1/2 oz egg white (optional)

Combine all of the ingredients except the Cedilla in a mixing glass and add ice. Shake well and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass or coupe glass. Garnish with a float of Cedilla on the surface of the drink.
